Founded in 2008 by Ashkan Absari in Orange County, California, Plat Construction began as a small electrical services company with a simple mission: to deliver exceptional electrical services that exceed client expectations. Drawing from his extensive background in structural engineering and construction management, Ashkan brings a unique technical perspective to the electrical contracting industry.

What started as a family business has grown into one of Southern California's most trusted electrical contractors, completing over 500 projects from Los Angeles to San Diego.

Ashkan Absari

Founder & CEO

With over 18 years of experience in Civil Engineering and construction, Ashkan founded Plat Construction in Orange County, California, bringing his extensive expertise in structural engineering, project management, and construction oversight. As an ICC Certified Plans Examiner, EIT Civil, and Licensed General Contractor, he ensures all projects meet the highest standards of safety and code compliance.

Ashkan holds a BS in Civil Engineering from BIHE (Baha'i Institute for Higher Education) and has extensive experience in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. His core competencies include project coordination, structural design, building code compliance, and construction management, making Plat Construction one of the most trusted electrical contractors serving the Los Angeles to San Diego region.
